I have so much anxiety
My anxiety is still really bad. I can't sleep and I can't focus because I am so stressed. Have you ever felt that way?
If so, what did you do to help relieve some of the anxiety?
I found for my anxiety that its really helpful to practice something called "mindfulness". Stopping and taking a breath, and making sure to meditate once a day. It sounds kind of cliche but it really does help. I usually do 30 min a day, but even if you can squeeze 5 in, i found it can really help lower overall anxiety
